🕒 Full-time | Sunday–Friday (8 AM – 5 PM) | Friday (8 AM – 1 PM)

EZY Hub Ltd. is a growing mortgage and property solutions company working with clients across Australia. While we specialize in home loan support, our Real Estate Division is expanding to manage property-related operations — from purchases and leasing to finance and documentation.

We’re a small team doing big things, and we’re looking for someone organized, motivated, and detail-oriented to join us!

What You’ll Do

As an Admin Executive, you’ll help keep our real estate operations running smoothly. You’ll work with internal teams, vendors, and sometimes overseas clients to manage documents, track payments, and keep everything organized and on time.

🔹 Track budgets and payments for real estate projects
🔹 Organize and update property documents and contracts
🔹 Follow up with vendors or agents to collect/share information
🔹 Maintain financial records for property-related transactions
🔹 Assist with reports, data entry, and internal checklists
🔹 Communicate professionally through email and other channels
🔹 Support the real estate team with admin tasks whenever needed

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
✔️ Real estate-finance/admin experience is a plus
✔️ Strong skills with spreadsheets, MS Word & document management
✔️ Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal & written (MUST)
✔️ IELTS preferred (as you’ll be dealing with foreign clients & agents)
✔️ Proactive, positive, and deadline-driven
