About Us
EZY Hub Ltd. is a growing mortgage and property solutions company working with clients across Australia. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our Mortgage Broker Assist operations. The role involves providing direct administrative assistance to the management, coordinating daily office activities, and supporting selected functions of the Finance Department. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism. We’re a small team doing big things, and we’re looking for someone organized, motivated, and detail-oriented to join us!
What You’ll Do
As an Admin Executive, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll work with internal teams, vendors, and sometimes overseas clients to manage documents, track payments, and keep everything organised and on time.
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and senior management.
- Manage schedules, meetings, documentation, and internal coordination.
- Handle office coordination, procurement, and HR/admin support as required.
- Manage end-to-end loan processing and act as a broker’s associate.
- Collect and follow up on client documents and update CRM systems.
- Prepare credit guides, loan proposals, and servicing calculations in compliance.
- Communicate with clients, Australian banks, and lenders professionally.
- Perform post-settlement compliance checks and provide operational support.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
✔️Finance/admin experience is a plus
✔️ Strong skills with spreadsheets, MS Word & document management
✔️ Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal & written (MUST)
✔️ Proactive, positive, and deadline-driven
