Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Broker Relationship Coordinator to maintain and strengthen relationships with Australian brokers, ensuring seamless communication and support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to coordinate effectively between brokers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with Australian brokers, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Respond promptly to broker inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Support brokers with documentation, follow-ups, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and compliance) to meet broker requirements efficiently.
• Assist in sales activities, client negotiations, and conveying solutions effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of broker interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
• Prepare regular reports on broker engagement and performance.
• Ensure all communications and processes comply with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Fluent English communication skills are mandatory (experience dealing with Australian clients preferred).
• Background in sales, finance, mortgage, or similar roles is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Strong negotiation and client-convincing skills.
• Excellent email etiquette and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, and a team player.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Knowledge of Australian mortgage lending and financial services is an advantage.
