Sunday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Saturday: Weekend

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Broker Relationship Coordinator to maintain and strengthen relationships with Australian brokers, ensuring seamless communication and support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to coordinate effectively between brokers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and nurture strong relationships with Australian brokers, serving as their primary point of contact.
Respond promptly to broker inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
Support brokers with documentation, follow-ups, and problem resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and compliance) to meet broker requirements efficiently.
Assist in sales activities, client negotiations, and conveying solutions effectively.
Maintain accurate records of broker interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Prepare regular reports on broker engagement and performance.
Ensure all communications and processes comply with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Fluent English communication skills are mandatory (experience dealing with Australian clients preferred).
Background in sales, finance, mortgage, or similar roles is a plus.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Strong negotiation and client-convincing skills.
Excellent email etiquette and verbal communication.
Detail-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, and a team player.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
Knowledge of Australian mortgage lending and financial services is an advantage.
