• Sunday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

EZY Hub Ltd. (Mortgage Broker Assist – MBAT) is a leading Australian-based mortgage brokerage, dedicated to supporting brokers in navigating the complexities of home loans and financial products for their clients.

𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:
• Manage end-to-end loan processing for timely and accurate applications.
• Act as a broker’s associate by requesting and following up on documentation.
• Collect required documents from clients for loan applications and settlements.
• Input client data accurately and track loan progress using CRM systems.
• Prepare detailed credit guides and proposals while ensuring compliance.
• Perform lender servicing calculations and review financial documents.
• Conduct post-settlement compliance checks.
• Communicate professionally via email with clients, Australian banks, lenders, and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Australian banks and lenders.
• Provide additional administrative and operational support as required.

• Must have high proficiency in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and email etiquette.
• Positive, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.
• Should have the mindset to serve and grow with the organization for a long term.

𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒔:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• High adaptability and eagerness to learn.
