Full-time: Sunday – Thursday (9 AM – 6 PM) & Alternative Saturday (9 AM- 6PM)

We are seeking a Senior Education Counselor with proven expertise in student counseling, visa processing, and admissions. This is a leadership role where you’ll not only advise students but also play a strategic part in growing our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in education consultancy, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to create actionable strategies to attract and retain students.

Key Responsibilities
•  Provide expert consultation to students and guardians on admission processes, eligibility, and           course selection.
•  Guide students through the end-to-end visa process, including SOP (Statement of Purpose) writing, documentation, and application submissions.
•  Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
•  Stay updated on global admission policies and competitor strategies to ensure accurate, up-to-date guidance.
•  Organize and coordinate workshops, events, and info sessions for students and guardians.
•  Achieve counseling and enrollment targets through effective sales and follow-up strategies.
•  Utilize digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office to enhance client engagement and performance.
•  Take a proactive role in creating strategic plans to increase student numbers and strengthen business growth.
Qualifications
•  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline.
•  Minimum 2–3 years of experience in education consultancy, with a strong record of client handling, admissions, and visa support.
•  Excellent written and spoken English skills.
•  Proven ability to manage a portfolio of students and deliver results.
•  Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Student Counsellor

Responsibilities

• Advise students on programs, universities, eligibility, and application timelines
• Assess profiles; suggest best-fit countries, courses, and scholarships
• Guide on SOP/CV, documentation, visa checklist, and interview prep
• Maintain CRM: lead intake, follow-ups, conversion tracking, and pipeline reports
• Host info sessions/webinars; coordinate with partner institutions
• Liaise with parents/students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings
• Achieve monthly targets for consultations booked, applications submitted, and conversions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission & visa policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business/English/International Relations preferred)
• 1–3 years’ counselling experience in study-abroad/education services (freshers with strong communication may apply)
• Excellent English & Bangla communication; strong presentation and persuasion skills
• Familiarity with USA/UK/Canada/EU admission and visa processes
• Comfortable with CRM/Google Workspace; disciplined follow-up habits
• Customer-first attitude, integrity, and target orientation
• Bonus: Experience with IELTS/TOEFL advising, embassy interview coaching, or agency partnerships

Content Writer Responsibilities

1. Camera – Capture product/interview/event footage; compose shots, manage lighting/audio; maintain basic gear (gimbal, mic, batteries).
2. Video Editing – Edit reels/shorts/YouTube cuts; add captions, transitions, basic motion graphics; color-correct, sound-mix; export in platform-ready aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
3. Content Writing – Write scripts, social captions, ad copy, landing copy, and short blog posts; craft hooks & CTAs; apply basic SEO (keywords, meta, internal links).
4. Poster Making – Design static/animated posters and carousels for campaigns; follow brand guidelines; deliver correct sizes for FB/IG/LinkedIn/Stories; tools: Canva/Figma/Photoshop.
5. Social Media Handling – Plan editorial calendar, schedule posts, reply to comments/DMs, coordinate with team, and track performance (reach, CTR, saves, shares).

Requirements (unchanged)

• 1–3 years’ experience in copy/content + basic design/video; strong English; Bangla is a plus
• Comfortable with Canva /Illustrator nice to have) and Premiere/CapCut
• Portfolio with writing samples + 3–5 creatives (reel/poster)
