About EZY Zenith (A sister concern of EZY Hub Ltd.)
EZY Zenith provides remote solutions to U.S.-based property preservation and maintenance companies. We are expanding our team and hiring onsite Vendor Managers to coordinate with field contractors in the U.S., manage vendor performance, and ensure timely task completion.

Position Overview
As a Vendor Manager, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with U.S.-based vendors (contractors/technicians) to ensure the successful execution of preservation work orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new vendors via online portals, social media, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Conduct vendor interviews and verify credentials.
  • Collect and manage onboarding documents (W-9, insurance, licenses, agreements).
  • Assign work orders based on location and service type.
  • Follow up on task progress, provide clarifications, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and address quality, timeliness, or compliance issues.
  • Maintain records and logs of communication, compliance, and escalation.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a US-based call center, cold calling, or lead generation role.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Experience with outbound calls, appointment setting, or contractor recruitment preferred.
  • Familiarity with U.S. time zones and professional communication standards.
  • Must be willing to work night shifts and onsite at the company office.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Email tools
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities

🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

✅ Daily communication & coordination with vendors
✅ Sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining vendor records & compliance documents
✅ Assigning work orders and following up on completions
✅ Monitoring vendor performance and ensuring timely delivery with quality & compliance
✅ Negotiating terms & resolving operational/vendor issues
✅ Preparing and maintaining accurate reports and documentation
✅ Escalating critical issues when necessary
✅ Supporting internal teams for smooth operations

𝗙𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻 & 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁
✨ Undergraduate students with excellent English skills are welcome to apply
✨ O-Level / A-Level, IELTS, or English proficiency certifications are highly preferable
✨ Strong organizational, communication & problem-solving skills
✨ Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
✨ Familiarity with Google Sheets, PPW, email communication & soft phones preferred
✨ Willingness to work night shift (8 PM – 5 AM)
✨ Previous experience in vendor management, procurement, operations, or real estate coordination is a strong plus
