We have a range of IT security measures in place, including password protection, team member monitoring software, firewalls, back-ups, etc. We can provide a compliance pack that will outline all of our IT security policies and procedures.
To start a conversation with MBA, simply click on Get Started (upper right corner) and fill out the contact form. You will be booked for an introductory call. There, we will provide an overview of our services as well as seek to learn about your business and your needs.
From this, we will work out what type of relationship we could build together and ensure that this brings value to you. You can discuss everything in detail with our BDM team.
Once you have accepted our proposal, we will share with you an onboarding program that begins with a kick-start meeting to address all the steps to get you ready for your new MBA team.
Yes, MBA has professional indemnity insurance. We will provide a copy of the policy as part of the compliance pack during the onboarding program.
There will be a number of ways that you will be able to engage and communicate with your MBA team members. We use Google Workspace, and Zoom for phone services (with an Australian phone number, so you can call them directly at any time), chat, and video conferencing.
MBA is an Australian company and abides by Australian privacy laws. Our privacy policy is available for review. Our Bangladesh operation is a sub-agent of the Australian entity and is required to abide by the same Australian privacy policies as an Australian company. The Bangladesh obligations are also adhered to.
At MBA, we seek to invest in careers, not people. We seek to invest in continuous career development and we work with team members to align their ambitions and goals with the company. From time to time, though, a team member will resign.
We seek to have an engaged and transparent relationship with you so that we can manage through these moments with as few disruptions as possible. A key element is that we document all processes that your MBA team member is performing for you. This allows us to pivot to a new team member quickly as we have the documented training, process maps, and guides available.
There is no additional cost when a new team member needs to be recruited and we will ensure that we address all the recruitment, training, and transitioning (from the incumbent team member).
Our team works from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Bangladesh. The team members have a 1-hour lunch break that is generally taken from 2-3 pm.
Bangladesh is 2 hours behind Perth, so the hours of work in Australia are 10 AM-7 PM.
We also work on Australian public holidays in the state where your office is based. MBAT ensures the management of all leave entitlements and the payment of premium pay for Bangladesh’s public holidays.
Submission of the loan will be within a 24-business hour period upon receipt of a fully completed application and all necessary supporting documents as per the lender’s requirements.
That is up to you – you can either receive the correspondence and forward this to MBA for action, or you can attend to this yourself, depending on how you prefer to operate. We will require a list of your lenders’ BDMs, your usernames, and passwords for each lender’s online system so we can track the loan effectively.
MBA works virtually and provides highly efficient loan processing and relief loan management services to suit your particular needs. You decide what options best suit your business requirements and budget. Leaving it to us, to do those tasks, which consume your precious prospecting time. Our tasks range from:
Full loan submission and tracking through to settlement.
Once you have completed the submission, we can track the loan through to settlement.
Provide Temporary Loan Portfolio Management (in-office service).
Assist with Commercial Loan Proposal / Commercial Memos.
In-Office “Lending Support” for high volume periods
It does not include reception/administration support.
For additional fees, services can include answering phones, general office duties, taking appointments/ managing your dairy, etc.
