🕒 Full-time | Sunday–Thursday (8 AM – 5 PM) | Friday (8 AM – 1 PM)


About Us

EZY Hub Ltd. is a growing mortgage and property solutions company serving clients across Australia. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support Mortgage Broker Assist operations, daily office activities, management, and selected finance tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, professional, and able to handle confidential information efficiently. 

What You’ll Do

As an Admin Executive, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll work with internal teams, sometimes overseas clients to manage documents, track payments, and keep everything organized and on time.

  • Manage multiple email inboxes and handle all internal and external communication
  • Provide direct support to leadership, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and meetings across teams
  • Coordinate broker onboarding, communication, and ongoing support
  • Organize training sessions, meetings, and webinars
  • Support deal processing, follow-ups, and client/broker communication
  • Assist with broker accreditation and related documentation
  • Create basic content and materials (Canva, social media posts)
  • Coordinate with EDU team and maintain trackers, pipelines, and reports
  • Handle general administrative and operational tasks as assigned

 

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferable)
✔️Finance/admin experience is a plus
✔️ Strong skills with spreadsheets, MS Word & document management
✔️ Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal & written (MUST)
✔️ Proactive, positive, and deadline-driven
