Working Hours

  • Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Weekly Holiday: Friday Half & Saturday

Role Overview

The PR & Communications Intern will be responsible for managing brand communication, content creation, public relations activities, and internal communications. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, has strong writing skills, and can enhance the company’s brand image with innovation and consistency.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute PR and communication strategies to strengthen brand presence
  • Create and manage content for social media, website, and marketing materials
  • Plan monthly content (static posts & videos), write captions, and ensure all content is approved before publishing
  • Coordinate with the digital team for designs, edits, uploads, and website updates, ensuring timely delivery
  • Manage and schedule LinkedIn posts for leadership while maintaining consistency and relevance
  •  Handle internal communications, including announcements, updates, and employee engagement activities
  • Plan and support internal events and coordinate with Admin for smooth execution
  • Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, coordinate with Admin, and maintain tracking records
  • Collect and manage stakeholder reviews (Google/video) and ensure regular follow-ups
  •  Provide administrative and operational support when required, including handling tasks in the absence of Admin

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, or related field
  • Experience in PR, communications, or content creation is a plus
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English & Bangla
  • Strong storytelling, creative thinking, and presentation ability
  • Familiarity with social media trends, content tools, and basic design tools
  • Good communication, team collaboration, and time-management skills
  • Professional, confident, and detail-oriented
