About the Role
EZY Hub Ltd. is hiring on behalf of its client, a company providing remote solutions to U.S.-based property preservation and maintenance firms. We are looking for a proactive Vendor Management Executive to coordinate with U.S.-based contractors, manage vendor relationships, and ensure smooth work order completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard new vendors through online portals, social media, referrals, and cold outreach
- Conduct vendor interviews, verify credentials, and manage onboarding documents (W-9, insurance, licenses, agreements)
- Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring all compliance documentation is accurate and up to date
- Assign work orders based on location and service type and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors regularly, providing clarifications and updates as needed
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance standards are met
- Negotiate terms and resolve operational or vendor-related issues efficiently
- Maintain records of communication, compliance, and escalations, and prepare accurate reports
- Escalate critical issues when necessary and support internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
✅ Strong spoken & written English skills
✅ Minimum 1 year experience in US-based call center, cold calling, lead generation, or similar role (preferred)
✅ Undergraduate students with strong English are encouraged to apply
✅ O-Level/A-Level, IELTS, or English proficiency certifications preferred
✅ Good communication, multitasking & problem-solving skills
✅ Familiarity with Google Sheets, email tools & soft phone systems preferred
✅ Willingness to work onsite night shifts
